Republic Technologies wanted to create a collaborative DMS solution to :

  • have effective management of their large documentary database
  • strengthen the collaboration of their teams
  • secure their data and exchanges
  • control their business processes

In 2018, the Republic Technologies teams turned to CEO-Vision after selecting the GoFAST collaborative DMS platform as a solution to their business requirements.

Occitanie Region

On the occasion of the merger of the former Languedoc-Roussillon and Midi-Pyrénées regions, the new Occitan Region has redesigned their information system, including document management.

As part of this IS redesign, the Region has chosen the GoFAST Collaborative DMS platform to centralize, secure and manage all of their working documents in a cross-functional way.

AGS Garantie des Salaires wanted to replace a DMS that was no longer giving satisfaction at all. The AGS asked a reputable consulting firm to select their new platform. After numerous tests around the relevance of the search engine and the user experience, the GoFAST platform was chosen.

In addition to installing and configuring the platform, CEO-Vision migrated from obsolete DMS to GoFAST with retention of all metadata..
