From a documentary standpoint, the solution notably replaces file servers. With these, in addition to the difficulty of setting up access rights, the information duplication rate was 4 or 5, or even more. Document trees were multiplying and document versioning was impossible. There was a wealth of information, but an overall loss of knowledge. The highly integrated approach proposed by CEO-Vision has seduced us, as the result of commitment to these open source tools. Once the information is intended to be capitalized and shared, or is confidential, the use of GoFAST is required.

Police Academy

At the end of 2022, the National Police launched a strategic project aimed at replacing its internal DMS, which had been used for many years by the Police Academy. This DMS centralized procedures and documents shared with the Gendarmerie and Customs, and remained essential for field officers. The goal was to modernize the tool while ensuring continuity of service. The chosen solution was GoFAST DigitalWorkplace & DMS, a sovereign and high-performance platform, customized to meet specific business needs. The main challenges included the complete migration of documents with metadata retention, the development of tailored business sheets, an advanced search engine, an intranet portal, and a secure On-Premise installation within the Ministry of the Interior.
