She is involved at every stage of the project: requirements gathering, user-centered design, change management, and training. Her goal is to ensure smooth adoption and optimal use of the platform.
Through active listening and the facilitation of collaborative workshops, she identifies business challenges and translates them into clear functional specifications. Nolwenn also contributes to the continuous improvement of the user experience, ensuring alignment between real-world usage and the platform’s ongoing evolution.
