# Retrieve your Element X Recovery Key from GoFAST

Are you using **Element X on mobile** and getting stuck at the **account verification** step?

With previous versions, simply signing in with your GoFAST credentials was enough to access your conversations directly. From now on, **Element X may ask for a recovery key** to verify your account during sign-in.

Good news: starting with **GoFAST 4.5.6**, this recovery key is available directly from your GoFAST workspace.
