# Build a sovereign digital strategy: meet us at CoTer 2026

We are delighted to announce that we will be participating in the 35th edition of the **CoTer Numérique conference on June 23 and 24 in Reims.** Come and see us at **stand 161**.

This year, the conference will be dedicated to AI, with the theme "***Local authorities facing the challenges of digital sovereignty***"

More than **150 exhibitors** including manufacturers and software publishers are expected.

We will host a **workshop**, on the topic: "**Feedback: Moving away from** [**SharePoint**](https://www.ceo-vision.com/en/content/sharepoint-alternative-take-back-control-your-data-gofast) **and more broadly from Microsoft**"

**Workshop agenda:**

At a time when local authorities are **strengthening** their **digital sovereignty** strategy, a major deadline is approaching: the **end of support for SharePoint 2016 and 2019** starting **July 2026**. This situation is prompting many public organizations to question the future of their **collaborative platforms** and the **control of their data**.

In this workshop, we will cover:

- **Digital sovereignty at the heart of current challenges** for local authorities, balancing **regulatory requirements**, **data control**, **service continuity** and **reduction** of **technological dependencies**.
- The risks associated with the **end of life of SharePoint 2016/2019**, and the implications for IT departments: **security**, **compliance**, **migration costs**, **operational continuity of teams**.
- Concrete feedback from local authorities that have already completed their transition, such as the [**City of Nanterre**](https://www.ceo-vision.com/en/content/testimonial-city-nanterre-exits-teams-and-sharepoint), or the [**Department of Haute-Savoie**](https://www.ceo-vision.com/en/content/rex-outward-migration-sharepoint-departmental-council-haute-savoie-74), which chose to **abandon SharePoint** in favor of a **sovereign**, **collaborative** and **sustainable solution**.
